乌鲁木齐地区口腔综合治疗水路细菌污染状况调查与评价

     

摘要

Objectives To find out the bacterial contamination status of DUWL in the oral medical institutions in Urumqi as well as to provide scientific basis for water pollution prevention and control of the DUWL.Methods The sample survey was adopted for inquiring of 82 comprehensive dental chairs in 14 oral medical institutions in Urumqi (without Bingtuan, Armed Police and the Military institutions).According to the different level and size of oral medical institutions,the sampling points were divided into A, B, C groups.Water sampling was conducted including raw water, three use gun water, oral high-speed headset water for bacterial CFU test, according to the Nation's Standard Test Methods of Drinking Water.10 days after the first sampling and remind with the Nation's Dental Equipment Disinfection Technical Specifications, the second sampling and detection was conducted.The test results evaluation is on the basis of the Nation's Standard of Drinking Water Quality(100CFU/ml).Results 356 water specimens were sampled from 14 oral medical institutions and 82 comprehensive dental chairs.The results appear to be below on the raw water the overall exceeding standard rate has fallen from 42.86% in the first detection to 28.57% in the second detection.For group A, including 4 grades III, class A hospitals, the raw water specimens had not exceeded the standard in both two detections.For group B, the over-limit ratio has fallen from 66.67% to 16.67%.For group C, including 4 small private oral clinics, the results showed that the over-limit ratio has rose from 50.00% to 75.00%.In the detection of three use guns water of oral comprehensive chairs, the results of two detections showed that the over-limit ratio of it had presented a gradual upward trend, and the overall rate of exceeding standard has rose from 56.10% to 68.29%.In the detection of oral high-speed headset water, the results showed that the overall over-limit ratios of it were 65.85% and 60.98% respectively in the two detections.For group C, the over-limit ratios of three use guns water and oral high-speed headset water have rose from 75.00% to 100.00% in the two detections.Conclusion Judging from the overall information, with regard to the DUWL pollution of the oral medical institutions in Urumqi, whatever it was raw water or oral treatment equipment water, and whatever it was the first or the second sampling, the results of over-limit ratio have shown the same trends, that is group C> group B> group A.Given the serious DUWL contamination of the oral medical institutions in Urumqi area, we must take full account of it.It's necessary to strengthen oral health care personnel training to deepen the understanding as well as prevention and control consciousness on the contamination of DUWL pollution.To enact laws and regulations of prevention and control of DUWL pollution to strengthen the supervision on DUWL pollution in oral medical industry are recommended.%目的 了解乌鲁木齐地区口腔医疗机构口腔综合治疗椅水路系统(DUWL)细菌污染状况,为口腔医疗用水污染防控提供依据.方法 根据不同级别和规模的口腔医疗机构,将采样点分为A、B、C组,采用抽样的方法,对乌鲁木齐地区14家口腔医疗机构82台综合治疗椅原水、三用枪水、高速手机水采样,进行细菌总数检测.在第一次采样后发放卫生部《医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒技术操作规范》作为干预,10 d后进行第二次采样检测.以国家《生活饮用水水质标准》(100 CFU/mL)为依据进行评价.结果 本次调查共采集水样标本356份.14家口腔医疗机构口腔医疗用水原水检测,总体超标率由第一次检测42.86%,第二次检测降至28.57%.其中A组4家三级甲等医院2次检测均未超标,B组干预后超标率由66.67%降至16.67%;C组4所小型口腔诊所原水第二次检测超标率由50.00%升至75.00%.口腔综合治疗椅三用枪水检测,均呈现第二次检测与第一次检测相比超标率升高,总体超标率由56.10%升至68.29%;2次检测高速手机用水,超标率分别为65.85%和60.98%;C组三用枪水和高速水机用水超标率均由第一次检测的75.00%上升为100.00%.结论 乌鲁木齐地区口腔医疗机构DUWL污染严重,应引起足够的重视;应加强口腔医疗从业人员培训,提高对DUWL污染防控重要性的认识和防控自觉性;制定必要和DUWL防控行业法规,加强对DUWL污染的管理监督.
