乌鲁木齐市大学生对 TMD 及相关口腔保健的认知及行为调查

摘要

目的：了解乌鲁木齐市大学生对颞下颌关节紊乱病（Temporomandibular Disorders TMD）及相关口腔保健知识认知的基本情况，为进行 TMD 及相关口腔保健知识宣教提供指导和依据。方法采取问卷及临床检查的方式，对乌鲁木齐市农业大学、财经大学、职业大学、新疆大学和新疆医科大学厚博学院5所高校共1223名大学生进行颞下颌关节和口腔检查，统计分析医学类院校大学生和非医学类院校大学生对 TMD 及相关口腔保健知识的认知情况。结果（1）TMD 患病率为51．10％，医学类院校大学生在开口疼痛、开口偏斜时会就诊方面优于非医学类院校大学生，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。（2）医学类院校和非医学类院校大学生在接受 TMD 知识意愿上，差异无统计学意义（χ2＝1．375，P ＝0．241）。（3）医学类院校大学生在智齿了解、正确刷牙方法、牙齿龋坏及时就诊、定期口腔检查、接受地包天、龅牙等的正畸治疗方面的认知优于非医学类院校大学生，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论乌鲁木齐市大学生对 TMD 及相关口腔保健认知总体水平较低，需要进一步加强对大学生 TMD及相关口腔保健知识的宣传教育。%Objective To understand the situation of college students′cognition of Temporomandibular Dis-orders (TMD)and related oral health in Urumqi therefore providing guidance and basis for prevention and education of TMD and oral health knowledge.Methods A total of 1 223 college students from Xinjiang Agriculture University,Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics,Xinjiang Vocational College,Xin-jiang University and Xinjiang Medical University in Urumqi were selected to examine TMD and oral health,then to analyze and compare the cognition of TMD and related oral health knowledge between med-ical and non-medical college.Results (1)It was found that the prevalence of TMD was 51.10%;there was statistically significant difference between medical college student and non-medical college students in terms of visiting doctors when developing open mouth pain and mouth deflection (P <0.05).Specifically, medical college students are better than non-medical college students on visiting docors.(2)There was no significant difference about willingness to accept TMD knowledge between medical and non-medical college students (χ2 = 1.375,P = 0.241).(3)With regard to the understanding of wisdom tooth,the correct tooth-brushing way,visiting dentists when dental caries,regular oral examination and orthodontic treat-ment,Medical college students are significantly better than that of non-medical college students (P <0. 05).Conclusion It is unsatisfatory of college students′cognition of TMD and related oral health in Uru-mqi,and it,s necessary to strengthen the propaganda education about TMD and related oral health knowl-edge for college students.Our analysis showed that the cognition level of oral health of college students in Urumqi were generally low,which needs to be strengthened and improved.
