单鳃片分离鳃固液两相流流场三维数值模拟

     

摘要

In this paper, the improved RNG k-ε two-equation model and the multiphase mixture model are used to simulate 3D solid-liquid two-phase flow in a single gill-sheet separation device. The results indicates that in the device exist two density flows : water and sediment around the gills sheet and containers edge of debir. There was a clockwise whirlpool on both up and down of gill sheet. The surface velocity is larger in double-side passages and up and down of gill sheet,but the velocity is very small in the rest area. A 3d numerical model can well simulate the flow,the simulation data are in good agreement with real results.%利用RNG k-ε两方程紊流模型和简化的多相流Mixture模型,对单鳃片垂向异重流式分离鳃固液两相流场进行了三维数值模拟.结果表明,装置内存在水沙绕鳃片形成的横向异重流和水沙绕容器边璧运动的垂向异重流现象.鳃片上下两侧各存在一个顺时针涡旋,两侧通道与鳃片上、下表面流速较大,其余区域流速很小.三维模型能较好地反应水沙混合物的运动,模拟结果与实际吻合较好.
