超声波辅助提取番茄红素的工艺研究

         

摘要

The purpose of this paper was to study the best condition of ultrasonic assisted extraction of lycopene,response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process parameters,based on the single factor experiment optimization.When the extraction temperature was 47.60 ℃,23.76 min,ultrasonic power was 620.54 W,lycopene extraction yield was the highest,theoretical value was 66.49 mg/100g.The extraction rate was 89.19%,which conformed to the experimental results.%研究超声波辅助提取番茄红素的最佳条件,在单因素实验的基础上利用响应面法对其提取工艺参数进行优化.提取温度为47.60℃,提取时间为23.76 min,超声波功率为620.54 W,番茄红素提取产量最高,最大提取产量预测值为66.49 mg/100g,提取率达到89.19%,与实验值相符.
