粗集料钢渣对混凝土力学性能的增强效应

         

摘要

The steel slag affregate of 5-20 mm were used to prepare concrete and to analyze the strength-ening effects of steel slag aggregate volume fraction on mechanical performance of C20,C50 and C80 con-crete.The results showed that pore rate of coarse steel slag aggregate was larger,pore diameter was great, a small amount of particles formed foneycomb structure and crushed index was 8.5%,but it can still pre-pare concrete.Steel slag aggregate can improve compressive strength and anti-abrasion strength under high and low water-cement ratio of concrete.Along with the increasing of volume fraction of steel slag aggre-gate,compression strength and anti-abrasion strength and volume fraction of steel slag coarse aggregate were increased.The lower intensity,the greater strengthening effects of enhancement.When volume frac-tion of steel slag aggregate was 30%,the strengthening effects of coarse-aggregate steel slag on C20,C50 and C80 concrete were 12.9%,15.0%,9.9% respectively,the C80 anti-aprasion strength were about 94.8%C50 respectively.%采用5~20 mm 的钢渣集料制备混凝土,分析钢渣集料体积分数对 C20、C50和 C80混凝土力学性能的增强效应.结果表明:粗颗粒钢渣集料的孔隙率较大,孔径大,少量颗粒呈蜂窝状,其压碎指标为8.5%,但仍可配制混凝土.钢渣集料能提高高低水灰比下混凝土的抗压强度和抗冲磨强度,随着钢渣集料体积分数的提高,混凝土的抗压强度和抗耐磨强度与钢渣集料的体积分数呈线性增长关系.强度越低,其强度增强效应度越大,体积分数为30%时,粗钢渣集料对 C20、C50和 C80混凝土的增强效应度分别为12.9%,15.0%,9.9%,C80抗冲磨强度的增强效应度约为 C50的94.8%.
