北疆不同盐渍生境中多枝柽柳根围AM真菌的空间分布特征及其影响因素

         

摘要

Soil environment had a significant influence on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi characteristics of Tamarisk ramosissima.Spatial distribution of arbuscular mycorrhiza in the rhizoposphere of Tamarisk ramosissima and its relativity to soil fators were investigated in three different salinization plots of Zhun-dong,Chaiwopu lake and Beiwucha town in North Xinjiang.The results showed that Tamarixramosissima in the three samlping plots could form symbiotic relationship with AM fungi,but the spore density of Chai-wopu lake sampling plot was significantly higher than that of other two plots.Distribution of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi significantly differed among three sites and soil depths.The maximum value of coloniza-tion,arbuscule abundance,spore density existed in the depth of 0-10 cm of soil,and decreased with soil depth increased.Correlation analysis showed that soil organic matter had a significant positive correlation with the colonization rate.Soil pH,conductivity and available K had a significant negative correlation with arbuscule abundance,spore density,colonization intensity,colonization,hypha abundance,vesicula abun-dance.Soil available P had a significant negative correlation with the hypha abundance,which also had a negative correlation with arbuscule abundance and vesicule abundance.Spore density had a significantly positive correlation with AM fungi different indexes;Soil salinization degrees and P were the main limita-tion of the AM fungi from the rhizospere of Tamarisk ramosissima in arid regions.%土壤环境对多枝柽柳根围 AM真菌特征具有重要的影响,在北疆选择准东、柴窝堡湖、北五岔镇等3个不同程度盐渍化样地,通过调查采样和室内培养分析,对多枝柽柳根围 AM真菌的空间分布特征及其影响因素进行研究.结果表明,3个样地的柽柳均可与AM真菌形成共生关系,但柴窝堡湖样地孢子密度显著高于另外2个样地.AM真菌侵染率等指标最高值均发生在0~10 cm的表层土壤,AM真菌在不同土层的分布存在明显差异,且随土壤深度增加呈逐渐下降趋势.各土壤属性中有机质与侵染率呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),pH 值、电导率和速效K等盐分因子与丛枝丰度、孢子密度、侵染强度、侵染率、菌丝丰度、泡囊丰度呈极显著负相关(P <0.01);速效P 与菌丝丰度呈极显著负相关(P <0.01),与侵染强度、丛枝丰度、泡囊丰度等指标呈显著负相关(P <0.05);孢子密度与 AM真菌各项指标均呈极显著正相关(P <0.01);干旱区土壤盐渍化程度和磷素养分是盐渍生境中多枝柽柳根围 AM真菌的主要限制因子.
