脱叶剂瑞脱龙对新疆石河子主栽机采棉品种脱叶敏感性和吐絮率的影响分析

In order to discuss the cotton varieties suitable for mechanical harvesting in Xinjiang,10 culti-vars with different growth durations for experiment were selected to spray normal plants of cotton with Ruituo Dragon (80% thidiazuron 450 g/hm2 )and to analyze the relationships between cotton growth dura-tion and defoliantion rate as well as boll opening rate after 5 d,10 d,15 d and 20 d,The result showed that after spraying Ruituo Dragon defoliant,defoliation rate and growth duration of cotton had negative correla-tion,while defoliation rate and boll opening rate had positive correlation.Detection result showed that the defoliant Ruituo Dragon had no significant influence on quality of cotton;After spraying defoliant Ruituo Dragon from 10 d to 15 d,the defoliantion rate could be used as reference index of defolianting susceptibili-ty of packing cotton for mechnical harvesting.After spraying different cotton varieties with defoliant,the cotton varieties with short growth duration had a strong sensitivity for defoliant,high boll opening rate and were suitable for machine harvesting after spraying defoliant.%为探究新疆石河子机采棉适宜品种,研究选取生育期不同的10个主栽品种棉花进行检测。使用瑞脱龙(80%噻苯隆450g/hm2)喷施棉花正常植株,分析施药后第5天、第10天、第15天、第20天棉花生育期与脱叶率和吐絮率的关系。结果表明,喷施脱叶剂瑞脱龙后脱叶率与棉花生育期呈负相关,而脱叶率与吐絮率成正相关,t 检验结果显示,脱叶剂瑞脱龙对棉花品质无显著影响；喷施脱叶剂瑞脱龙后第10天至第15天的脱叶率可作为选择机采棉花品种脱叶敏感性参照指标。不同棉花品种喷施脱叶剂后,生育期短的品种对脱叶剂敏感性强,吐絮率高,适于喷药后机械采收。
