高技能人才职业能力形成途径辨识——基于中华技能大奖获得者的案例研究

     

摘要

Formation approaches on high-skilled talents' vocational ability keep close relationship with enterprise field. Multiple factors of enterprise have the positive influence on formation of high-skilled talents' vocational ability, which come from macroscopic and microcosmic layer. Based on high-skilled talents' development experience and case studies of Chinese skill competition winners, various learning approaches have been formation approaches on high-skilled talents' vocational ability, such as combination of work-and-study, distributed study, practice of production, group collaboration.%高技能人才职业能力形成途径与企业场域关系密切.企业所处的宏观产业层面和微观企业层面的多重因素对高技能人才职业能力的形成产生积极影响.基于企业高技能人才的成长经验与中华技能大奖获得者的案例分析,工学整合式学习、分散式学习、生产实践过程学习、团队协作学习是高技能人才的职业能力形成途径.
