某砌体结构教学楼裂缝原因分析及加固处理

         

摘要

Through field investigation, structure testing, geological survey of filling and structural calculation, the reason of cracked wall in a masonry building is obtained. According to the cracking reason of the wall, the corresponding reinforcement measures are proposed. The plastered wall is reinforced by added structural concrete column. The inside horizontal wall is strengthened by pres-tressed bars to improve the seismic performance of the overall structure. An addition shallow submersion foundation is added on the o-riginal foundation to minimize the net reaction force of foundation. Simultaneously, the too closed wall of water is removed and rebuilt. Finally, the cracked masonry wall is strengthened with steel meshed cement mortar. After the reinforcement processing, the structure is complete until now.%结合现场调查、结构检测、地质补勘以及结构计算,分析了某砌体教学楼墙体裂缝原因.针对墙体开裂的原因,提出了相应的加固措施.首先采用加固砖护壁柱与增设预应力拉杆的方法来提高结构整体抗震性能;其次增设浅埋式基础以减小地基净反力;同时将距离外墙太近的积水井填埋移位重建;最后对开裂墙体进行双面贴钢筋网片后喷射水泥砂浆加固处理.经过上述加固处理后该结构使用至今仍然完好.
