“用工荒”凸显新生代农民工体面劳动的新诉求

“用工荒”在近年日益凸显，成因复杂，但与往年不同的是，随着新生代农民工群体的日益扩大，因诉求增多而导致的“用工荒”日渐明显。除了薪酬待遇问题外，他们想和城市工人一样，成为有保障、有尊严劳动者的诉求也越来越强烈，他们渴望实现体面的劳动。为缓解“用工荒”政府、企业应当一起努力，尊重农民工的权益诉求，为新生代农民工构建一个良好的就业环境，促进其实现体面劳动。%　　"Labor shortage" has become increasingly prominent in recent years, with complex causes, but unlike previous years, with the growing of the new generation of migrant workers groups, "labor shortage" is increasingly obvious due to the increase of demands. In addition to the remuneration packages, their demands for security and dignity just like urban workers are also growing strongly. They are eager to achieve decent work. In order to ease the labor shortage, government and industries should work together, to respect for the rights of migrant workers’demands, to build a good employment environment, and promote them to get decent work for the new generation of migrant workers.
