安徽省学术型体育硕士研究生就业现状调查与分析

摘要

运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法对安徽省学术型体育硕士研究生的就业现状进行调查与分析。结果表明：安徽省学术型体育硕士研究生以中小学为主要就业流向，培养与社会需求存在一定的供需矛盾，课程设置不能适应就业的需要；通过学校、社会和研究生自身三方面对促进研究生就业提供建议。%This paper conducts researches on the employment status of physical education academic masters using the methods of literature, investigation, and mathematical statistics. The results show that: Many postgraduates in Anhui province find jobs in elementary and secondary schools. And there is an imbalance between the college professional cultivation and market demand because with the things learned at school students can not meet the job requirements. The author purposes to provide some suggestion on the employment from the perspective of school, society and the students themselves.
