摘要

The project uses orthogonal quadratic regression design with formula fertilization of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as the research object, systematically analyses Hubei ophiopogon root yield and yield constitute factors, establishes the regression model of fertilization and yield, yield constitute factors, leaf area, total chlorophyll, appearance quality and leaf area and yield, and constructs the best fertilization formula of Hubei Radix Ophiopogonis yield and appearance quality, achieving good economic benefits in the promotion of production.%该项目采用正交区组二次回归设计，以氮、磷、钾配方施肥为研究对象，系统地进行了湖北麦冬产量及产量构成因素的分析，建立了施肥与产量、产量构成因素、叶面积、叶绿素总量、外观品质以及叶面积与产量、外观品质之间的回归模型，确立了湖北麦冬栽培的产量与外观品质最佳施肥配方。
