政治信任的构建与执政党公信力提升的路径选择

摘要

公共信任理论是公信力这一重要命题的直接理论来源。政治公信是现代民主政治的一种核心价值，政治信任与执政党公信力密切相关。政党执政的合法性基础主要包括意识形态、社会价值规范、执政绩效、制度规范与法则以及民主法治等。政党要赢得民众广泛而持久的认同与信任，必须善于开发其意识形态、权力配置、利益整合能力、施政有效性和制度建设等方面的合法性资源。%The theory of public trust is the direct origin of the important topic :the credibility of the public . Public political trust is the core value of modern democratic politics ,which has close relation with the public cred-ibility of the ruling Party .The legitimacy of the ruling Party mainly includes the ideology ,the social value ,the ruling results ,the norms of systems ,the democracy and the rules of laws .To gain public support ,identity and trust ,the ruling Party should skillfully open up its legal resources as the ideology ,the power configuration ,the ability of interests integration ,the effectiveness of leadership and the construction of systems .
