基于模糊层次分析法的气象预警投资风险评价

摘要

从郴州气象预警中心项目实施阶段的投资风险的基本特点出发，结合建设方、施工承包方、设计方、监理方、造价咨询方、政治风险、自然风险、社会风险、经济风险等九个准则组成了投资风险评估体系，运用模糊层次分析法确定风险指标权重，通过郴州气象预警中心实例将理论与实际结合，经检验符合项目实际情况，给出了具体的风险评估步骤，将其运用到其他项目的投资风险评价方面具有现实可行的意义。%From the basic features of investment risk of Chenzhou meteorological early warning item in the process of substance implementation phase, combining the investment risk evaluation system as construction company, constructors, designers, supervisor, construction cost issuer, politics risk, nature risk, social risk and economic risk, using fuzz analytic hierarchy process to fix risk indicator weighting, through the examples integration of theory and practice in Chenzhou meteorological early-warning center, and also through the test, the item is in accordance with the actual situation, and therefore, the concrete step of risk evaluation is given, which is beneficial to some other item’ s investment risk evaluation.
