35kV绝缘子雷电冲击下闪络特性实验分析

         

摘要

用盐水浓度模拟污秽物导电特性,用400 kV冲击电压发生器对35 kV陶瓷支柱绝缘子和复合支柱绝缘子进行了1000余次雷电冲击电压下的干闪、湿闪和人工污秽试验,对起始闪络电压和伏秒特性曲线的变化规律进行了探索.实验结果表明,陶瓷绝缘子的起始闪络电压比复合绝缘子更容易受到污秽物的影响,但其闪络形成时间受盐水浓度和表面湿度的变化影响不大,而复合绝缘子则会受到较大影响,这在电力系统绝缘配合设计方面需要重视.本文对35 kV陶瓷绝缘子和复合绝缘子在雷电冲击电压下的闪络特性开展了实验研究.%400 kV surge voltage simulating lightning strike were applied to a 35 kV porcelain insulator and a 35 kV polymeric insulator. Thousands of flashover tests on condition of dry, wet and artificial polluted surface were conducted, with salt solution at different concentration simulating different conductivity. Test results show that the initial flashover voltage of porcelain insulator is more liable to the conductivity of the pollutions than polymeric insulator, while the voltage-time curve is more invariable than polymeric insulator. This should be carefully treated in power system design regarding insulation cordination.
