基于Artiles-león质量损失函数的DFSS优化研究

         

摘要

With an aim at the problem of difficulty to determine the quality loss coefficient in the optimal stage of IDOV process,an Artiles-león function optimization model is established.The multivariate quality function is obtained through the principal component analysis(PCA)method after the dimensionality reduction of the multivariate quality behaviors.At last,the optimal input factor matching ratio is obtained with the optimal output factors and the minimum quality losses as the obj ective.The experimental results indicate that the method in this paper is feasible and practical.%针对IDOV流程优化阶段质量损失系数难以确定的问题,建立了Artiles-león函数优化模型,通过主成分分析法对多元质量特性降维后得到多元质量函数,最后以输出因子最优、质量损失最小为目标得到最佳的输入因子配比,并通过实例进行了验证.
