浅谈科研项目管理中激励机制的有效运用

摘要

项目管理是科研项目良好运行的重要保证，其激励机制是现代项目管理体系的重要组成部分，是尊重人才尊重知识的具体体现，是鼓励和提高科研人员从事科研项目的积极性和主动性的重要措施。从分析常见的几种激励误区入手，提出项目管理中有效运用激励机制的几点建议，对科研项目管理工作具有一定的指导意义。%Project management is an important guarantee of good scientific research project operation; so, its incentive mechanism plays a significant role in modem project management system, which embodies a respect towards talent and knowledge, enhancing the personnel＇s enthusiasm and initiative to conduct more scientific researches. Starting from the analysis of several common incentive misunderstandings, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the effectiveness of incentive mechanisms with a purpose to guide the future scientific research project management.
