特色高校创新思维模式选择机制分析——以美国高等教育法案为参照

         

摘要

Colleges and Universities are confronted with the common challenge : how to improve the quality of uni- versity education to cultivate versatile talents with a wide range of adaptability and outstanding innovative ability. Talents- oriented colleges and universities should give priority to talent cultivation orientation under the circum- stance of rapid social development. This paper gives a detailed analysis of the actual implementation of the Ameri- can Higher Education Act, which has played a crucial role in its national higher education, based on it, and propo- ses the talents training mode, in which colleges and universities should combine its development with the social de- velopment, typical of training talents with innovative thinking, individuals' participation into education, and adap- tation to the actual situation in China. It is hoped that this talents training mode will be of certain referential value for the years to come .%如何提高高等教育质量,培养具有广泛的适应性和杰出开拓创新能力的人才,是所有高等学校共同面对的基础课题。以人才培养类型“特定”为主要特色的高等院校,在社会发展的大环境下,如何进行人才培养定位,值得思考。本文在深度剖析对美国的大学教育发展起到至关重要作用的教育法案分析的基础上,分析方案实施结果,提炼出高等院校需与社会环境发展相结合,从创新思维培养出发,教育个体参与的适应中国实际情况的人才培养模式。对未来特色院校的人才培养发展,有一定的参考价值。
