陕西省大学生亚健康状态的调查与对策研究

摘要

随着社会经济的高速发展，社会竞争的日益增强，处于亚健康状态的大学生也越来越多，严重影响了大学生的学习、生活。采用文献资料法、访问法等研究方法对大学生亚健康现状进行调查分析，探究导致大学生亚健康状态的因素，并结合实际提出预防大学生亚健康状态的有效措施。以期为减少大学生亚健康状态人群，促进大学生身心健康提供一些理论参考。%With the rapid development of social economy and increasing of social competition, there are more and more college students in sub-health state which seriously influent their life. By documents studying and investiga-ting, this paper analyzes their sub-health situation and explores the factors, then puts forward effective counter-measures combined with the practical situation, in order to reduce the sub-health crowd and to promote their physi-cal and mental health by providing some theoretical reference.
