煤矿采场的瓦斯分布场重建技术

         

摘要

通过安全监控系统监测的瓦斯数据,研究采场瓦斯分布规律、重建瓦斯分布场,可有效实现对瓦斯爆炸事故的预防.针对煤矿井下采场瓦斯监测数据相对有限的问题,进行了基于克里金插值的瓦斯分布场重建技术研究.对采煤工作面的瓦斯浓度实测数据进行了分布特性的分析,对比了常用空间插值方法的特点,确定了基于克里金插值方法的瓦斯分布重建方法.根据地质统计学的基本原理,先对获得的原始数据进行预处理,并对实验变异函数进行计算,绘出变异函数分布图.最后利用克里金插值的3种常用理论模型对实验变异函数进行拟合,并用交叉检验的方法对3种模型拟合的效果进行检验.结果显示基于克里金插值方法实现瓦斯分布场重建技术具有令人满意的效果.%With the measured data of the gas concentration from the safety monitoring system, to research the gas distribution regularity and to reconstruct the gas distribution field are beneficial to prevent the accidents of the gas explosion. Aiming at the issue of the limited data of gas measured in the mine stope, it is researched to reconstruct technology of the gas distribution field based on Kriging interpolation method. Firstly, the gas concentration in a coal mine face is measured based on the element method, and the distribution characters of gas concentration is analyzed within the measurement range. After analyzed and compared the characteristics of the common spatial interpolation methods, the reconstruction method of the gas distribution field based on the Kriging interpolation is determined. Based on the principles of spatial information statistics, the variogram distribution is plotted through the pretreatment of the obtained original data and calculation of experimental variation functions. Finally, the three common model of Kriging interpolation is used to fit the experimental variogram, and the fitting effect of the three models is tested by the cross-examination method. The results showed that the reconstruction method of the gas distribution field based on Kriging interpolation with the sparse data is satisfied.
