极薄煤层顶板限定变形支护控制研究

     

摘要

0.8m以下的极薄煤层要实现机械化开采,关键是要解决采场工作空间狭小的难题,保证过煤、过机及行人空间.除了从设备选型及配套设计来保证“三个空间”外,合理选择支护强度,有效控制顶板下沉也是增加极薄煤层开采工作空间的有效手段.在极薄煤层开采中运用“限定变形“支护理论合理选择支护强度控制顶板下沉,保证了采场工作面的空间,并在达竹煤电集团斌郎煤矿N1014工作面得到实践运用.%The key to realize mechanization mining in the thinnest coal seam below 0. 8 m is to solve the problem of narrow stope work space and ensure the space of coal transportation, shearer operation and working. Besides from the selection of equipment and supporting design to ensure the three - space, reasonable choice supporting intensity and effective control of the roof sinks are also effective means for increasing the thinnest coal seam mining work space. This paper expounds the practice of applying " limit deformation" supporting theory to choose supporting intensity reasonably and control roof sinks in the thinnest coal seam mining and ensuring the stope work space.
