分析了中国转型经济的制度特征,政府在经济发展和企业经营中的角色、地位和作用,剖析了中国社会“关系”特征,以此为基础,研究了在华外资企业政治战略选择,得出了如下结论:①在华外资企业在确定政治战略目标时,应把获取信息、资源或优惠政策以及政治庇护作为主要目标；②在华外资企业为实现其政治战略目标,应通过组织学习和社会交往活动建立与政府良好的“公”、“私”关系.%This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Chinese economy in transition system, discusses the role, status and effect of government in economic development and business, and elaborates the characteristics of Chinese society "relationship" . As these basis, this paper studies the political strategy of choice of foreign companies in China, obtains the following conclusions: ①when foreign-funded enterprises in China determine the political and strategic objectives to obtain information, resources and preferential policies as well as political asylum should be their main objective; ②if the foreign companies in China want to achieve its political strategic objectives , should through organizational learning and social interaction activities establish good "public" and "private" relationship with the government.
