通过研究非单调轴类零件工艺与编程加工过程,介绍了利用FANUC 0I Mate-TC数控系统提供的宏程序编程功能编制出的具有通用性、适用性且应用简单的数控程序,分析了使用自动编程软件编程时工件的加工工艺。通过实践检验,手工编程和自动编程相结合优化了工艺方案,提高了产品的尺寸精度和生产效率。%This study addresses the non-monotonic axial-part technique and programming process. An applicable and simple numerical control program is designed by means of FANUC 0I Mate TC CNC system providing the macro-program function. The processing technique with the application of automatic programming software is analyzed. Practical test has testified that the combination of manual and automatic programming helps to optimize the technique and to improve the dimensional precision and production efficiency.
