深化城市管理综合执法改革若干问题思考

摘要

城管综合执法直接面对的是繁杂的城市管理中的直接矛盾和问题，承担的是政府执法职能中最艰难的部分，是社会矛盾的综合聚焦点，也是社会关注度颇高的敏感行业，针对城管综合行政执法中出现的问题，提出解决路径和创新城管执法理念。%Faced directly with the conflicts and problems in the miscellaneous urban management, the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management is one of the toughest tasks in functioning the government＇s law enforcement. It is not only a focus of social contradictions and also a profession of public concerning. Based on the analysis of problems, the paper proposes solutions and ideas to improve the comprehensive law enforcement of urban management.
