工程施工中项目参与者行为管理有效性研究进展

摘要

针对目前工程项目施工过程中普遍存在的制度失效、行为不规范等现象，分析了项目管理有效性、项目参与者行为和制度文化的研究进展。国内外相关研究较好地展示了行为控制理论在工程项目管理方面主要潜在应用领域，表明了该方向研究的广阔应用前景。考虑工程项目管理行为复杂性特征及传统研究方法的局限性，结合我国工程项目建设的实际情况，急需对项目参与者的复杂行为进行制度规范，对项目参与者行为管理有效性研究将成为热点。%In view of the existing phenomenon such as project institution failure and low behavior efficiency on construction process ,the present topic mainly deals with the present research on the management effectiveness ,participants'behavior and institution culture .T he domestic and foreign related research demonstrates the main potential application fields on behavior control theory ,and shows a broad application prospect to the research direction .Considering the limitation of the traditional research methods about complex behaviors in engineering management ,combined with the actual situation on the engineering construction in our country ,it is necessary to contain complex project participants ’ behavior , which will become the hot point on management effectiveness of project participants ’ behavior .
