300M 钢在海洋大气下的疲劳性能研究

     

摘要

为了研究300M 钢在海洋大气暴晒环境中的接触腐蚀和疲劳性能。文中将300M 钢与 TC18钛合金在海南进行1年和2年的海洋大气暴晒实验,通过对300M 钢暴晒试样的表面腐蚀形貌及疲劳断口观察,分析其抗腐蚀性能。采用 DFR 法测定300M 钢在不同状态下的疲劳寿命,分析了暴晒时间和装配方式对300M 钢疲劳寿命的影响。实验结果表明:300M 钢与 TC18钛合金胶结装配在海洋大气暴晒后,在相同载荷下疲劳寿命由105降低到104,300M钢在海洋大气腐蚀环境下以点蚀为主,暴晒1年的300M 钢在不装配和装配的状态下其平均疲劳寿命分别为51947和45487周次,暴晒2年的分别为29801和17376周次。%In order to explore the contact corrosion and fatigue properties of 300M steel samples exposed in the marine atmosphere environment,the corrosion resistance behavior is analyzed by observing the surface corrosion morphology and fatigue fracture of 300M steels samples after 1 and 2 year exposure in Hainan.Meanwhile,the fatigue life of 300M steel samples under different conditions has been measured using DFR,therefore the influence of exposure time and assembly method on fatigue life is analyzed.The results show that the fatigue life of cementing assembled 300M steel and TC18 titanium reduces from 105 to 104 ,under the same load,after exposure in the marine atmosphere environment.The 300M steels tend to be pit corrosion under the marine atmosphere corrosion environment,while the fatigue life of assembled and non-assembled 300M steel samples after one year exposure is 51 947 and 45 487 times,that after 2 year exposure is 29 801 and 17 376 times,respectively.
