闭式整体构件电解加工装置参数化设计及仿真

         

摘要

To solve the problem of cantilever beam between the guide rod of feed flow and the cathode feed mechanism in electrochemical machining (ECM ) device for closed integral structure ,two design schemes were put forward .The parametric modeling ,assembly for the device were carried out on UG , and Stress distributions in these two sets of device were studied by finite element analysis to calculate the maximum shifting and maximum stress according to the actual working condition .The results show that the maximum shifting and maximum stress of the weak link in scheme one ,in which the guide rod of feed flow is connected directly with a axle seat perpendicular to it ,and the connection of the conduction and allocation clump with a retainer is fixed by screw ,is less than that of scheme two ,in which the connection between the guide rod and axle seat is linked by two plate ,and the conduction is fixed on the allocation clump by four screws bolt .Finally ,the design was completed on the basis of the analysis and optimization of structure .It is beneficial for shortening the development cycle to apply parameterized modeling and finite element technology in ECM device for closed integral structure .%针对闭式整体构件内流道电解加工供液导杆与阴极进给机构的悬臂问题,提出两个设计方案,在UG平台进行参数化建模、装配,按实际加工工况,通过对两套装置的有限元分析,预测最大位移和最大应力。结果表明,将供液管与主轴座的连接部位设计成两个互相垂直的平面,以便直接连接,导流块和配流块通过止口定位再用螺纹连接,其薄弱环节的最大位移量和最大应力均小于通过两个压板主轴头、供液管连接,导流块和配流块通过四个螺钉相连的结构。最后,在分析和优化结构的基础上完成设计。将参数化建模技术和有限元力学分析技术应用于闭式整体构件电解加工装置的研发,有利于缩短研制周期。
