反比例电磁阀中衔铁材料与热处理工艺对矫顽力的影响

     

摘要

为研究衔铁材料、热处理和表面处理对矫顽力的影响,利用电液比例阀液压试验系统对不同磁性材料、磁性热处理和表面处理等工艺方法进行了试验分析.结果表明:电工纯铁DT4C作为反比例电磁阀衔铁材料时,对其进行磁性热处理后,矫顽力Hc≤48 m·A-1,磁性稳定性提高;该磁性热处理工艺过程为升温-保温(890℃,保温4 h)-降温(匀速降温速率为2℃·min-1,降温至800℃)-冷却(风冷);衔铁材料经表面镀镍处理后(镀层厚度为0.03 mm),表面硬度增加,衔铁耐磨性提高.%In order to study the effect of armature material,heat treatment and surface treatment on coercivity,different magnetic materials,magnetic heat treatment and surface treatment process are tested and analyzed by use of hydraulic test system for electro?hydraulic proportional valve.The results show:After magnetic heat treatment for electrical iron DT4C as inversely proportional solenoid armature material,the coercivity is less than or equal to 48 m · A-1 ,the magnetic stability is improved;The magnetic heat treatment process:heating-heat preservation (thermal insulation at 890 ℃ for 4 h)-lowering temperature (at uniform cooling rate 2 ℃· min-1 to 800 ℃)- cooling (air cooling);After surface nickel plating treatment for armature material (to coating thickness 0.03 mm),the wear resistance of the armature is improved as well as the surface hardness is increased.
