个体智力资本对员工工作绩效的影响研究

     

摘要

The paper aims to study the relationship between individual intelligence capital and employee job performance ,and the regulating action of organizational intellectual capital to their relationship .An empirical study was made based on the sales staff in Xi’an insurance companies .The linear regression analysis was used in the study .The result shows that high-level individual intellectual capital and organizational intellectual capital make for improving employee job performance ,and that the market-oriented organizational intellectual capital has significant regulating effecton the relationship between individual intellectual capital and employee job performance .However ,the regulation of the knowledge-oriented organization intellectual capital is not distinct .%为了探索个体智力资本与员工工作绩效的关系及组织智力资本在两者之间的调节作用,以西安市保险公司销售人员为例,结合线性回归分析方法进行实证分析。研究结果表明,高水平的个体智力资本和组织智力资本有助于提高员工工作绩效;市场型组织智力资本对个体智力资本与员工工作绩效的关系具有显著调节作用,而知识型组织智力资本的调节作用不显著。
