温度作用对全联合构架运行工况的影响研究

         

摘要

This paper studies the effect of temperature on the operation conditions of a fully joint framework.With a 500 kV fully joint framework project as an example,the force on the framework pillars was analyzed by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.Under two operation conditions such as gale and icing,the forces on the edge pillars at the ends of the long continuous beam under the influence of temperature were considered respectively.By analyzing the internal forces under different load combinations,the changes of internal forces with different load combinations were explored.The results show that gale condition should be selected as the control condition in the design of a fully joint framework and that temperature effect causes the redistribution of the internal force of the fully joint framework,reducing to a certain degree the influence of wind load on the frame pillar in the direction of the wind.For the fully joint framework under temperature load,it is necessary to strengthen the bending bearing capacity of the base of the frame post at the bottom of the long continuous beam and to set up pole braces.Temperature effect is not necessarily considered in the short continuous beam direction.These results indicate that temperature has a significant influence on the operation conditions of a fully joint framework,which should be taken into account in the design and construction.%针对全联合构架温度作用对运行工况的影响.文中以某500 kV全联合变电构架工程为研究背景,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对构架柱的受力进行分析,在大风和覆冰两种运行工况下分别考虑温度作用时长连续梁端柱的受力情况,通过分析不同荷载组合下的各项内力,探讨选取不同的荷载组合时内力的变化情况.研究结果表明:在全联合变电构架设计中应选取大风工况为控制工况.温度作用效应引起全联合构架内力重分布,在一定程度上削弱风荷载对下风向构架柱的影响.对于承受温度作用的全联合构架,要加强长连续梁两端构架柱底部支座处抗弯承载力和设置端撑柱;在短连续梁方向可不考虑温度作用.全联合构架温度作用效应对运行工况具有较大影响,应在设计和施工中予以考虑.
