壳牌石油公司5 VAR投资决策方法及其启示

摘要

通过对壳牌石油公司在石油勘探和生产中的投资决策体系及其过程的研究，全面分析、展示了壳牌公司的5VAR投资决策方法及其开展的成果，以期对我国石油化工企业的投资决策效率、投资精度、投资战略规划、投资风险识别及投资控制管理等有一定的借鉴意义。%Through the study on the investment decision-making system of Shell Oil Company in the pe-troleum exploration and production and its operating process,the paper comprehensively analyzed and presen-ted 5 VAR investment decision-making method and its results of Shell Oil Company. It is hopeful that the study can have certain enlightenment to the investment decision-making efficiency,precision,strategic plan, risk recognition and control management of our petrochemical enterprises.
