从继续教育发展角度出发，研究了高等教育大众化推进过程中的高等继续教育问题，分析了成人学历教育所面临的问题，提出了高等继续教育的发展必须从教学资源建设上进行深入改革的思路。研究认为：应从继续教育如何适应社会发展和终身教育、职业教育需要出发，构建教学平台和扩大教学资源领域，利用市场手段筹措资金，开发继续教育的师资等各类人才，促进继续教育资源建设。同时改进教学内容、教学手段、传播手段、实践手段等，以满足社会和受教育者的需求，从而促进高等继续教育的发展。%From the perspective of continuing education development,the paper mainly studied some problems of higher continuing education in the promotion of higher education popularity,and analyzed some problems existing in adult diploma education. Then it is put forward that development of higher continuing edu-cation must be reformed deeply from the construction of teaching resources. The study suggests that continuing education should firstly adapt to the requirements of social development,and the demands of life long education and of vocational education,and then construct teaching platform and expand new teaching resource fields, and also raise funds by the use of market and train teachers and other talents for continuing education so as to promote the construction of continuing education resources. At the sametime,some aspects like teaching con-tents,teaching methods,communication ways and practicing approaches should be improved in order to satisfy the demands of society and educated persons and promote the development of higher continuing education.
