功能性纺织品工程设计的理论基础

         

摘要

Functional properties of textiles have become major interests in both military and domestic markets. Design and engineer of textiles for high functional performance involve the integration of the fundamental research in physical, chemical, mathematical, and computational sciences with the development of engineering principles with sound understanding on the relationship between clothing and human biology, medicine, behavior and health. Fundamental concepts need to be advanced together with creating new knowledge from molecules to body-clothing systems, and developing innovative materials, devices, and apparel products for healthy lifestyles with the functions of comfort, protection, prevention, diagnosis, treatment of disease, and healthcare. A systematic, quantitative and integrative way needs being adopted for approaching the solutions of how clothing and textiles can be engineered to the benefits of biology, physiology, medicine, behavior and health of human populations. This paper reviews the theoretical foundations for engineering design of functional textiles.%目前,功能性纺织品已成为军事和民用消费市场的研究热点.高性能纺织品的工程设计需要综合工程原理与物理、化学、数学和计算机等学科的基础研究,建立服装与生物学、医学、行为学和人类健康之间的关系的理论体系.需要从分子到人体着装系统基本原理的概念创新,完善和发展,为人类舒适、安全、疾病预防、诊断、治疗和保健等健康生活方式开发新材料、设备和服装产品提供理论指导.因此,如何对服装和纺织品进行工程设计,以达到满足生物医学、生理学、行为学和人类健康需求的目的.需要采用一个系统的、定量的和综合的研究方法来建立工程设计的数据及软件体系.本文回顾了功能性纺织品工程设计的理论基础和理论体系.
