智能电液执行机构控制器的设计

摘要

针对具有新型阀门的电液执行机构,设计了以单片机ATmega16L为控制和接收远程控制信号的核心部件,有效地实现了阀门控制、实时显示阀位、阀门状态监测、故障诊断、失效保护及给定值无扰动切换的软件判定等多种功能.%For with new valve electro-hydraulic actuator, the core components of ATmegal6L for controlling and accepting the remote control signal is designed. Multiple functions are realized such as the valve control, realtime display of valve position, valve condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, failure protection and so on.
