对秸秆中木质素纤维素的生物预处理进行研究.采用高温混合菌对滤纸和玉米秸秆进行降解实验.在50℃,第7天滤纸失重率为76.2%;第30天玉米秆失重率为34.23%,玉米秸秆中木质素、纤维素和半纤维素的降解率分别为56.36%,42.88%,62.77%.混合菌在50℃条件下对玉米秸秆中的木质素、纤维素、半纤维素均有较高的降解效果.%To study biological pretreatment of lignin and cellulose in the straw. On the capability of degradation of composite microbe was tested with filter paper and corn stalks. The filter weight loss rate was 76.2% after 7 days; The straw weight loss rate was 34.23% after 30 days, and the lignin, cellulose, hemicellulose degradation rate of straw was 56. 36% ,42. 88% ,62. 77%,respectively at 50'C. Composite microbe has high degradation effect on lignin, cellulose, hemicellulose at 50℃.
