竹原纤维/Coolmax纤维导湿快干双层织物的开发

         

摘要

为了改善以棉等亲水性纤维为原料的传统面料导湿快干性差、吸湿后粘贴皮肤等问题,根据芯吸作用和差动毛细效应原理,以竹原纤维和Coolmax纤维为原料,设计了2种线密度、3种混纺比的竹原/Coolmax混纺纱,开发了3种具有导湿速干性能的双层混纺机织物,并对织物的基本性能和导湿快干性能进行测试分析.由测试结果可知,所开发的双层机织物均可达到较好的吸湿快干效果,且纱线混纺比为30/70时所得的双层结构织物的导湿快干效果最优.%Traditional fabrics always use cotton and other hydrophilic fibers as raw materials.In order to improve the traditional fabrics' poor fast-dry performance and other issues.Based on the basic theory of fiber moisture transfer,the mixture of bamboo fiber and Coolmax fiber with two linear densities and three different blending ratios was used as raw material,and three kinds of double-layer woven fabric were designed,developed and tested.The results show that the three kinds of woven fabrics can achieve the effect of moisture absorption and quick drying,and that the moisture-transfer fast-dry double-layer fabric performs better when the yarn blending ratio is 30/70.
