腐植酸-丙烯酸树脂吸水性能及影响因素

         

摘要

为解决传统丙烯酸树脂(PAA树脂)性能不足、反复利用率差的问题,以腐植酸为原料,采用溶液聚合法制备腐植酸-丙烯酸吸水树脂(HA-PAA树脂),测试树脂粒径大小、溶液含盐量、环境温度、pH值对其吸水倍率的影响和HA-PAA树脂的保水能力及重复使用性.结果表明,粒径为10~20目时HA-PAA树脂的吸水倍率最大,达到1403 g/g;360 min左右基本达到饱和;HA-PAA树脂的耐盐性、耐温性、耐酸碱性能较好;经过5次吸水后,HA-PAA 树脂吸水倍率达457.5 g/g,大于PAA树脂,重复吸水性能和反复利用率较好.%In order to solve the problem of the poor performance and reuse rate of the traditional acrylic resin,humic acid is introduced as raw material.The humic acid-poly acrylic acid supera-bsorbent resin(HA-PAA superabsorbent resin)is synthesized through aqueous solution poly-merization method.The effect of humic acid superabsorbent resin particle size,salinity,ambi-ent temperature and Ph value on the water uptake rate is analyzed.The water retention capaci-ty and water retention capacity of humic acid super absorbent resin are tested.The result shows that when the particle size is 10~20,the water absorption of the HA-PAA superabsorbent res-in is the largest,and the maximum value is 1403 g/g.Its water absorption can basically reach saturation after about 360 min.and the salt resistance,temperature resistance,acid and alkali resistance of the HA-PAA superabsorbent resin are better.After 5 times water absorption,the water absorption rate still reaches 457.5 g/g.The value is much larger than that of acrylic res-in,and the repeated water absorption and repeated utilization rate are better.
