相对收入、收入满意度与主观幸福感

摘要

Based on the data from the latest three surveys of World Values Survey,this paper tries to light up the rela-tionships among relative income,income satisfaction and subjective happiness,and also discuss the moderating role of income distribution tendency of residents.The results show that both relative income and income satisfaction have a sig-nificant promoting effect on subjective happiness.Relative income satisfaction has a significant mediating effect on sub-jective happiness.The income distribution tendency of residents has no significant mediating effect on the relationships between relative income and subjective happiness.But the more the residents tend to recognize the income gap,the higher the subjective happiness they have.Therefore,it is needed for the government to raise happiness of residents be-ginning with taking such measures as increasing the income level of residents,narrowing the income gap,constituting a harmonious social atmosphere,and so forth.%采用世界价值观调查①关于中国的最近三次调查数据，探讨相对收入、收入满意度与主观幸福感之间的关系，并分析居民收入分配倾向的调节作用；研究发现：相对收入与收入满意度均对主观幸福感有显著的促进作用，收入满意度对相对收入和主观幸福感有显著的中介效应，居民的收入分配倾向对收入与主观幸福感间的关系无显著调节作用，但居民越倾向于收入存在差距，主观幸福感越高；指出政府应从提升居民收入水平、改善收入差距和营造和谐的社会氛围等方面入手以提升居民的主观幸福感。
