Objective To investigate the function of bcl-2 protein in genesisand development of lung cancer.Methods Expressions of bcl-2 protein in 56 patients with lung cancer were examined by immunohoistochemical S-P method.Results The expression rates of bcl-2 protein were 50.0% in lung cancer tissues and 72.2% in adjacent non-neoplastic tissues.There was no significant difference in the former,but either of them was distinctly higher than that in normal lung tissues (P<0.05),overexpression of bcl-2 protein was not associated with pathological types and differential grades of lung cancer (P>0.05),but was negative related to P-TNM stages (P<0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of bcl-2 protein is related to lung carcinogenesis and may be an early signal of cell malignant transformation.%目的 探讨bcl-2蛋白在肺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测了56例肺癌组织中bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果 肺癌组织中bcl-2蛋白表达率为50.0%,癌旁组织为72.2%,差异无显著性(P>0.05),但二者均明显高于正常肺组织(6.7%,P<0.05),bcl-2过表达与肺癌病理类型、分化程度均无关(P>0.05),与TNM分期呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 bcl-2过表达与肺癌发生有关,可能为细胞发生恶性转化的早期信号。
