目的 对檀香不同提取方法所得到的不同提取物进行离体实验研究,为初步阐明辛能行气的现代化表征提供药理学实验依据.方法 采用离体方法观察檀香不同提取物对豚鼠离体回肠运动功能的影响.结果 檀香常规水煎液、挥发油及醇提液对正常状态下豚鼠离体肠有抑制作用,檀香水提液对其有兴奋作用;檀香4种不同提取物对乙酰胆碱造成的痉挛状态下豚鼠离体肠有抑制作用;檀香水提液、挥发油及醇提液对阿托品造成的松弛状态下豚鼠离体肠有抑制作用,常规水煎液对其无作用.结论 檀香对豚鼠离体肠自主运动有双向调节作用,对乙酰胆碱(Ach)造成的痉挛状态有拮抗作用,对阿托品造成的松弛状态有协同作用.%Objective To conduct an in vitro experiment in different sandalwood extracts obtained with different methods so as to provide pharmacological experiment basis for clarifying the modern characterization that acrid taste can promote circulation of qi. Methods Effects of different sandalwood extracts on the motor function of isolated guinea pig ileum were observed in vitro. Results Conventional sandalwood water-frying liquid, volatile oil and alcohol extract fluid inhibited isolated guinea pig intestine in normal conditions. In contrast, sandalwood water extract fluid could stimulate isolated guinea pig intestine in normal conditions. The four different sandalwood extracts inhibited isolated guinea pig ileum with acetylcholine-caused spasmss sandalwood water extract liquid, volatile oil and alcohol extract liquid inhibited isolated guinea pig ileum with atropine-caused flabby condition, whereas conventional water-frying liquid had no such effect. Conclusion Sandalwood can adjust in two ways the autonomous motion of isolated guinea pig intestine, and exerts an antagonistic action on acetylcholine (Ach)-caused spasm and a synergistic action on atropine-caused flabby condition.
