近代中外间的经济纠纷因其所涉及的内容多样，呈现出纷繁复杂的状态。无论是鸦片战争时期的商欠纠纷，亦或是民国时期的版权纠纷，学术界对这多种类型的经济纠纷都有所涉及，自二十世纪八十年代以来发表了不少研究成果。但为研究主旨所限，前人的成果多只是在探讨其他专题时对此类问题有所涉及，而真正的专题探讨和整体研究成果仍然相对缺乏。%Due to the diversity of the contents involved ,economic disputes between China and foreign coun‐tries are numerous and complicated .No matter commercial debts during the Opium War or copyright dis‐putes in the Republic of China ,the academic circle has touched on such economic disputes and published a great amount of research findings since the 1980s .However ,the previous findings are just the byproducts of discussions on other subjects ,and there is a lack of special discussions on the subject and the overall re‐search achievement .
