基于QAR的CFM56-5 B发动机高高原冷发启动困难研究

摘要

CFM56-5B engine,as the main engine on airports of high plateau,often encounters failure at cold start.Based on QAR data,and from the three angles of high plateau-plain,cold start-hot start,and winter and summer,the paper presents the common failure modes of high plateau cold start by the comparison with the normal trend of the same parameter of normal engines,such as start stall,ignition failure,and start hanging.Finally,the paper concludes the reasons for the difficult cold start at high plateaus through analy-sis,and proposes some measures for improvement,which can provide references for the high plateau en-gine start.%CFM56-5 B发动机作为运行高高原机场的主力发动机，其启动过程中常出现启动失效即冷发启动。基于QAR数据，从高高原与平原、冷发与热发、冬季与夏季三个角度出发，对比正常发动机同一参数的正常趋势，得出高高原冷发启动常见的故障模式，如启动失速、点火故障和启动悬挂，最后分析得出高高原冷发启动困难的原因并提出改进措施，为高高原发动机启动提供参考。
