应用型人才综合实验技能培养的改革与实践

摘要

Comprehensive experimental skill is a very important quality of the applied high-level technical talents. Confronted with the opportunities and challenges of the transformation of colleges and universities and according to the demand of talents training, Wuzhou University has re-oriented its objective of developing comprehensive experimental skill and it has adopted some measures, such as reforming experimental contents, perfecting examination system, increasing experimental rooms, establishing a practical teaching force, promoting the cooperation between university and enterprises and so on, to ensure the training effect of developing comprehensive experimental skill, which results in a very good effect.%综合实验技能是应用型高级技术人才的一项重要素质，梧州学院在高校转型的机遇和挑战下，根据人才培养需求对综合实验技能培养目标进行重新定位，并通过实验内容的改革、实验考核制度的建全、实验场地的拓展、实践型教师队伍的建设、校企合作的教育模式等手段确保综合实验技能的培养，取得了一定的效果。
