和谐社会视域下“好政府”的建构原则探析--以“中和”为视角

“好政府”对于公共政治生活而言具有十分重要的意义。古今中外思想家就有关“好政府”的具体内涵和评判标准也是众说纷纭，莫衷一是。但无论从何种角度透视“好政府”都应该遵循“中和”原则。在构建和谐社会的时代境遇中，以“中和”为视角探究“好政府”的建构原则主要体现为三个维度：不A不B：中庸的政府；亦A亦B：兼容的政府；A中有B：包容的政府。%“A good government”is very important in the public political life. For thinkers both in the ancient times and in modern so-ciety, whether they are Chinese or not, it is hard for them to reach a consensus about “a good government” and its connotations. Yet the paper proposes that whichever angle we see it, it should be built from the principle of"neutrality". Hence in order to build a harmonious society in our times, the construction of “a good government”following the principle of"neutrality",such 3 dimensions should be empha-sized:Neither A nor B, namely a moderate government; A and also B, namely a compatible government; and B in A, namely an inclusive government.
