APP is application for short in english,it refers to the intelligent mobile phone third party applications, collectively knowns as“mobile application” or “mobile phone client”. With the development of mobile software and hardware of the intelligent mobile phone, originally as a communication medium between human, is now becoming the main information carrier of information society and media, and gradually evolved into the mobile phone media[1]. Mobile media embodies the function of communication is different from any previous media, referred to as mobile new media. With the development of mobile new media times, the application of mobile phone terminal APP in colleges and universities, such as Automatic wake-up system, media center, curriculum system, canteen management system, the cloud space, circle of friends sharing, library system, IM system, application of two-dimensional code and so on the composition of the wisdom of the campus, is a new idea of current situation of the development a culture of campus network construction and management, changing the lives of college students.
