In this paper, based on the brief introduction of Global Position System (GPS) appliance in freight distribution and the profound analysis of current research situation on Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), we analyzed the shortcomings of the existed models. Moreover, a new modified model is proposed, which introduced the dynamic VRP to optimize the minimization of transportation cost in logistics process with the application of the real time information collected from GPS and a case study illustrate the model is given.%物流配送车辆路径优化是物流领域中亟待解决的重要问题和研究热点.本文通过对国内外物流车辆路径优化研究现状的分析研究,以及GPS等智能交通技术在该领域中的应用现状分析,以最小化物流运送成本为优化目标,引入动态VRP和不确定影响因素,提出了一种改进的新模型,利用已有的算法,并通过算例对模型算法进行检验.
