企业科技创新与知识产权制度建设

摘要

Intellectual property system is an important mechanism for protecting and promoting scientific and technology innovation of enterprise. Whereas various malpractices in intellectual property system of enterprise in China at present, we must strengthen intellectual property system construction,make it into full play the role in the enterprise technological innovation, beginning from strengthening legal system of IPR, perfecting the system for IPR management, constructing IPR culture of enterprise,and innovating the mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.%知识产权制度是保护和推进企业科技创新的重要机制.鉴于目前我国企业知识产权制度存在的种种弊端,加强知识产权制度建设,充分发挥知识产权制度在企业科技创新中的作用,应从健全知识产权法律体系、完善知识产权管理制度、建构企业知识产权文化、创新科技成果转化机制等几方面着手.
