一种集洗扫拖于一体的新型轻便垃圾清扫车

摘要

A floor-sweeping mechanism simulating human scavenge was created, taking advantage of the property of the curvilinearpath of four-bar linkage that a length of it is approaching to straight line. And a creative design of tipping bucket mechanism was accomplished on that base, which makes tipping buckets roll over regularly and continually to effectively transfer garbages. The combination of the above two generated a new kind of portable gabage sweeper. The simulating result showed that the design completely fullfills the expected target, and can effectively clear garbages of large area and mixed ones.%利用四杆机构曲线轨迹具有一段近似直线部分的性质,创新地设计出能够模仿人力清扫垃圾的扫地机构；并在此基础上实现了翻斗机构的创新设计,使翻斗有规律的间隙性翻转,实现对垃圾的有效转移；将二者巧妙地结合设计出一款新型轻便垃圾清扫车；仿真结果表明:该设计方案完全满足预期设计目标,可以实现大区域、混合垃圾的有效清扫.
