浮冰碰撞载荷作用下船体板结构动力响应研究

             

摘要

Ship plate-ice collisions are carried out by finite element simulation and the dynamic responses of ship plate's characteristics are studied.Ship plate-ice experiments are conducted using a horizontal impact machine.The numerical results reach good agreements with the experimental results.Furthermore, the effects of collision parameters in dynamic response and plastic deformation are investigated numerically.The results show that the dimensionless maximum deflection value and the dimensionless permanent deflection value decrease with the increase of the plate thickness.The larger the ice mass is, the larger the dimensionless maximum deflection value is.With the increase of the impact velocity of the ice, the dimensionless maximum deflection value of the ship plate increases almost linearly.%开展了船体板与浮冰碰撞的有限元仿真研究,分析了浮冰碰撞载荷作用下船体板的结构动态响应.采用水平冲击试验机开展了船体板-冰碰撞实验,验证了数值仿真模型的有效性.在此基础上,研究了船体板-浮冰碰撞参数对结构动态响应与塑性变形的影响规律.结果表明,随着板厚的增加,量纲一的量最大挠度值和量纲一的量永久挠度值相应的减小;楔形冰的质量越大,船体板的量纲一的量最大挠度值越大;船体板的最大变形随着冰的撞击速度的增加是呈线性增长.
