基于累积前景理论的工程项目承包商选择

摘要

承包商的选择对工程项目建设至关重要,因此从评价指标构建和评价方法确定两个方面对工程项目领域承包商的选择问题进行了研究.对于评价指标体系的构建,在传统评价指标的基础上加入与资源节约和环境保护相关的指标来完善承包商评价指标体系.对于评价方法的选择,运用考虑决策者风险偏好的累积前景理论评价承包商在各项指标的综合表现,采用不完全权重信息和权重完全未知两种形式,通过建立线性规划模型来确定合理的指标权重.最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性.%The selection of high-quality contractors is very significant to the project construction. Therefore,contractor se-lection is focused on two aspects:evaluation index system and evaluation method. With respect to index system, it can be im-proved by adding indices related to resource conservation and environmental protection based on traditional evaluation index. As to evaluation method,cumulative prospect theory,as an approach considering the risk preference of decision makers,is employed to evaluate the overall performances of contractors. Furthermore,incomplete weight information and unknown weight are applied to establish the linear programming model to determine reasonable index weight. Finally,an example is given to verify the feasi-bility of this method.
